Creditsin is a digital platform that helps you explore and access financial products. Here’s what you can do with us:

• Compare and apply for personal loans, home loans, and business loans
• Discover and apply for credit cards
• Get information on insurance products
• Track and improve your credit score
• Earn by referring others through our affiliate and partner programs

We act as a facilitator—we help you connect with licensed banks, NBFCs, credit bureaus, and insurers. We are not a lender, insurer, or financial institution ourselves.

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Live in India
• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements

To help us serve you better, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate information when using the platform
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Avoid misuse— no fraud, scraping, or interference with how the site or app works

We work with several trusted financial partners, but once we connect you to them:

• Your contract, approval, and eligibility depend on their policies and decisions, not ours
• We don’t control the outcome, terms, or conditions of their offerings
• We’re not responsible for decisions made by banks, NBFCs, insurers, or credit bureaus

We do our best to help you find the right financial products, but we can’t guarantee:

• That your loan or credit card will be approved
• That an insurer will accept your application
• That you’ll earn money through our affiliate program

Final decisions rest with our partner institutions, and they apply their own criteria.

Our affiliate program lets you earn by referring credit-related products. Here's how it works:

• You earn commissions only when valid leads are approved by our partners
• Earnings depend on lead quality, product availability, and partner approvals
• We don’t charge you any joining fees
• Misusing the program or trying to game the system will lead to your account being suspended or removed

Payouts on Disbursed Loan Applications – Terms & Conditions

To maintain transparency and ensure fair practices, the following terms and conditions apply for daily payouts on disbursed loan applications facilitated through the Creditsin platform:

1. 1. Mandatory Email Confirmation by Customer

   The customer must send an email to both:

   1. a. The respective bank’s Sales Manager (SM)
   2. b. Creditsin Customer Care at [support@creditsin.com]
   3. c. The email should include:
   4. d. Their rating or opinion on the overall loan process and experience
   5. e. A clear statement confirming that they are satisfied with the loan offer and services received

2. 2. Customer Declaration in Email Must Include:

   1. a. Confirmation that they have read and agreed to all terms and conditions of the loan as per the bank's official agreement
   2. b. Acknowledgment of key charges such as interest rate, processing fee (PF), pre-closure charges, and any other applicable fees
   3. c. Statement that they have no intent to cancel the loan and are proceeding with full awareness
   4. d. d. Consent that they were not misled or forced in any way and the decision to take the loan is voluntary

3. 3. Eligibility for Payout:

   1. a. The payout to the referring partner will be initiated only after full disbursement of the loan by the bank
   2. b. The above email from the customer is a mandatory proof of acceptance and serves as an anti-cancellation measure
   3. c. Incomplete or missing declarations from customers may lead to delayed or withheld payouts

4. 4. Loan Cancellation Clause:

   1. a. In case the loan is cancelled by the customer after the payout has been made, Creditsin reserves the right to recover the payout amount from the partner or adjust it against future payouts

5. 5. Final Decision:

   Creditsin holds the sole discretion to verify all documents and communications before processing payouts. In case of disputes, the final decision rests with Creditsin management.

All content, tools, branding, and technology on Creditsin—unless otherwise stated—belong to us or our partners. Please don’t copy, use, or distribute anything from the platform without written permission.

We do our best to provide accurate, reliable services. But we’re not liable for:

• Any delays or issues caused by third-party providers
• Losses of earnings, data, or opportunities
• Any damages resulting from using—or not being able to use—our platform

If your actions lead to legal trouble for us—because you broke these Terms, used the platform illegally, or violated someone’s rights—you agree to cover our legal costs, damages, and expenses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version on our website. Continuing to use Creditsin after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or permanently disable your account if:

• You break these Terms
• You use the platform fraudulently
• You misuse any service or tool on the platform

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
