1Eligibility Criteria

  • To participate, influencers must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into contracts
  • Applicants must have active and genuine social media accounts with a minimum of [specific follower count] and a focus on relevant niches such as finance, lifestyle, or technology.
  • Influencers must reside in India and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2Program Enrollment

  • Influencers must complete the registration process and provide accurate details about their social media accounts, audience demographics, and contact information. Misleading promotions or spam will result in disqualification.
  • Creditsin reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.

3Referral Guidelines

  • Influencers will receive a unique referral code or link for promoting Creditsin's services.
  • Only genuine referrals resulting in successful transactions (e.g., loan applications, credit card sign-ups, or insurance purchases) will qualify for commissions.
  • Referrals must comply with Creditsin's ethical standards. False claims, misleading advertisements, or spamming are strictly prohibited.

4Payment and Commission

  • Commissions will be paid for successful referrals only after the transaction is verified and completed.

  • Influencers must not disclose any confidential information, including commission rates, internal processes, or other proprietary details, without prior written consent.

7Compliance and Legal Obligations

  • Influencers must adhere to the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines and disclose sponsored content appropriately (e.g., using #Ad or #Sponsored).
  • Creditsin will not be held liable for any legal or financial issues arising from the influencer's actions.

8Termination of Participation

  • Creditsin reserves the right to terminate an influencer's participation in the program at any time for violating these terms or engaging in unethical practices.
  • Influencers can voluntarily withdraw from the program by providing written notice to Creditsin.

9Limitation of Liability

  • Creditsin is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the influencer's participation in the program.
  • Influencers are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and platform-specific guidelines.

10Modifications to Terms

  • Creditsin reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Influencers will be notified of significant changes via email or the app.

11Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to the influencer program will be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, under Indian law.
